It takes place at one school in the future school, years and years ahead from now. What is different from now is that the magic actually exists.
The problem that Professor Gana of the Department of Magicology faces is that the number of students has been decreasing tremendously. If he can not achieve his mission to increase the number of the students, he would be fired! He then finds Cacao, a talented student in magic. So he recalls a fairy named Hinoki to assign a job to hang out with Cacao. Then the comical life of Cacao and Hinoki starts....
It is magical and comical story. This animation series is based on a Japanese radio drama.
