Miho is a cheerful nine-year-old girl who likes drawing but is a little shy. One day she happens to meet two little fairies, Pigu & Mogu, who have wandered into this world from their "Time & Memory Wonderland" and got lost. Miho lets them stay with her, and in return they give her a magical pen and sketchbook. When Miho draws dresses with the pen and utters a magical spell, she changes into a fifteen-year-old Lala! Miho uses her new ability to realize her dream of becoming a teen idol singer. This is a story for all dreaming girls!
