The main Character, Misu Yuki is a junior high school student. One day, Misu and her friend Yui finds an old Chinese book called "Shishin Tenchi Sho" in the library of their school. It is said that their wishes are going to be granted when they finished reading such book.
Misu and Yui start to read it dubiously. Suddenly, the big earthquake occurs, and Misu is caught into such book. When she wakes up, she arrived at the amother world in the book called "Konan Country". She is wondering at a loss. At that time, the emperor of the country and his followers approach and see her. Then she is welcomed as a legendary virgin in service of a shrine of phoenix, and she falls in love with one of seven phoenix fighters, Kishuku, who are ordered to protect her.
This animated cartoon is based on the story published serially on one of Japanese comic magazine for girls.
